Purchased a pair of North face G Freedom Insulated pants in Aurora Pink
Question:
Hello - my name is Enid Curd. We purchased a pair of G Freedom Insulated pants in Aurora Pink size Small - Kassy, my granddaughter wore them for the first time two days ago to attend a Santa Claus parade. She wore them for approximately 1 1/2 hours - 5 minutes walking - when we got home and I took her pants off - the bottoms were all frayed - the pink rubber like material was coming off and look just terrible.
This product states very clearly on the marketing tags that it is Waterproof, Breathable and most importantly DURABLE. They were purchased at a store in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada called Skis & Bikes for the list price of $119 plus taxes. I have received no satisfaction through contacting your Canadian Head Office - we even asked if we could get some of the pink material they were made of and get someone to repair them - but no luck there either - can anyone help me out here. We would like either a pair of replacement pants in the same pink or at the very least some of the material that they are made from. Not only did we purchase one of north face jackets for her but also pants and a jacket for her brother. I am very disappointed in a product that I thought was just great. We were prepared to pay the premium for what we thought was superior product - apparently not.
